Led by their coach Mal (Bill Nighy), the film follows the UK team as they travel from London to Rome for the Homeless World Cup (an actual annual tournament that began in 2003). At the last minute they decide to take with them talented striker Vinny but he must confront a once promising past in order to help the team and move on with his own life. This heart-warming film will convince you that it is belonging that makes you stronger.
