A beautiful documentary film in which an odd but evenly-matched couple, legendary 90-year-old director Agnes Varda and 35-year-old French street artist JR, team up to travel around France creating remarkable and moving portraits of the local people they meet. Their unusual relationship veers between moments of collective joy and great personal poignancy.
